I'm Tracey, originally from the vibrant and diverse 'Beautiful Rainbow Nation' of Southern Africa. For over 30 years, I've been fortunate to call Ireland my home—specifically the peaceful and picturesque village of Killeshandra, Co Cavan. Nestled among stunning lakes and the breathtaking Killykeen Forest Park, this special place is renowned not only for its natural beauty but also for its warm, supportive community who have inspired me deeply throughout my holistic journey.

From a very young age, I was drawn to the world of Complementary Medicine and Holistic Therapies. Following my passion and belief in the healing power of natural therapies, I embarked on a fulfilling career dedicated to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
